HOUSING
This is the housing page! This will serve as a reference for where every character in the game is living. The only randomized housing will be for those living within the NSO housing, whereas characters are free to have assign characters themselves anywhere else (or not at all!). Please fill out the form at the bottom of the post to let us know where you character will be staying!
CENTRAL WARD • MIDDLE WARD • "LAST" WARD
CENTRAL WARD HOUSING
The elite of New Gate live in the Central Ward. The apartments are practically mansions unto themselves, and their denizens live in the epitome of class and excess. Douman Zaibatsu police forces and other private security firms keep the district incredibly well protected, with theft and other crimes practically non-existent. If there are any Meta-humans here, they are deeply closeted, and those who are more open about their status are quickly ostracized and eventually forced the move by the various residential associations that keep this place the perfect image of human perfection.MIDDLE WARD HOUSING

The Middle Ward is mostly professional buildings and residential districts, making up the physically largest portion of New Gate's housing. The NSO's housing for the Meta-humans under their care and employment are located surrounding their HQ, but there are plenty of other places to live too. Given that most of the Middle Ward residents are workers of some variety, the majority of residences within the Middle Ward are family homes designed to fit multiple residents. There are also plenty of shared houses among workers without family, or workers who are sending money to families in other countries or within the Last Ward. Security is less strong here, but you tend to find the most sympathetic among the Douman police forces here. Predictably, the most reliable way for Meta-humans to get housing is in the Last Ward, near The Parish, in what could charitably be called "apartments" that amount to dingy buildings with disinterested and greedy superintendents. The law is definitely more present here, but also the least sympathetic and completely willing to just go on a stop and frisk (and beat) raid if they're feeling squirrely. Crime is high but the police do little to actually stop it, and living within Last Ward is definitely taking life into your own hands. That being said, the sense of community here is at its strongest, and people of all backgrounds who've wound up here are definitely more willing to stick up for and protect one another when they can.CHARACTERS LIVING IN LAST WARD:Andrei Vetrov Jessica Michaels, alias "Yeowoo" Jinx Cal Kestis Coyote Rin Tohsaka TOP.
